Overview
Developed a social media banner concept and content direction for Real Estate Alliance, based on research into how luxury real estate brands present themselves online. The goal was to create a high‑end profile header and supporting content plan that would attract upscale buyers and sellers and be easy to adapt once official brand assets are available.

Marketing research
• Reviewed multiple luxury real estate accounts and campaigns to understand common visual and content patterns, including large hero property images, minimal text, and confident typography for brand names and taglines.
• Studied color and imagery trends—deep, rich tones (navy, charcoal, brick red) paired with warm interior and exterior photography—to signal exclusivity and comfort.
• Identified core content themes used by successful agents and teams: just‑listed and just‑sold posts, neighborhood lifestyle highlights, market updates, and client testimonials.
This research informed both the banner design and the social media content direction.

What I did
• Designed a social media banner concept for Real Estate Alliance featuring bold typography, an elegant palette of brick red, black, and navy blue, and high‑quality imagery of luxury homes to clearly position the brand in the upscale market.
• Structured the layout so the brand name and primary message remain legible across desktop and mobile profile views, accounting for profile images and platform UI overlays.
• Outlined a simple social media marketing plan with content pillars for listings, neighborhood lifestyle, and client stories to keep posting consistent and on brand.
• Drafted example post concepts and copy to show how the banner would tie into ongoing content, including “Just Listed,” “Neighborhood Spotlight,” and testimonial posts.
• Planned how performance could be tracked over time using basic analytics (engagement, clicks, profile visits) to refine messaging and creative.

Suggested content approach
Content pillars
• Listings & just‑sold posts – High‑impact property photos with concise details and a clear call to action.
• Neighborhood lifestyle – Posts showcasing local parks, dining, schools, and community features to sell the lifestyle around each property.
• Client stories & testimonials – Quotes and short narratives that build trust and social proof.
These pillars give Real Estate Alliance a repeatable framework for creating posts that match the look and tone of the banner while supporting long‑term brand building.

Outcome
This concept project demonstrates how Real Estate Alliance can show up on social media with a research‑backed, cohesive visual identity and a clear content plan. The banner, content pillars, and example posts together illustrate a practical social media marketing approach that can be implemented and refined once real performance data and official brand guidelines are in place.
