Designed a custom, multi‑part invoice for North Laurel Transmission, a vehicle repair shop specializing in transmissions. The goal was to replace a generic form with a clear, branded layout that made billing easier for staff and more professional for customers.

What I did
• Collaborated with the owner to capture exact requirements for the form, including vehicle details, parts, labor, taxes, and signatures.
• Designed the invoice layout in Adobe InDesign, organizing fields into a logical, easy‑to‑follow structure with clear hierarchy and spacing for handwritten entries.
• Cleaned and enhanced customer‑supplied imagery in Photoshop so branding and shop graphics printed crisply without competing with critical billing information.
• Set up press‑ready files specifically for 3‑part carbonless paper, including correct dimensions, margins, registration, and alignment across all copies.
• Acted as print broker by coordinating with the print shop, sending final files, reviewing proofs, and overseeing production to ensure color, layout, and paper stock matched the client’s needs.
